How long does shipping take?
1 day processing time. Shipping by UPS and USPS.
Orders are processed and packed within 1 business day (Monday–Sunday).
Orders placed after 12:00 PM are processed the next day.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the shipping label is created.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos and your order number — we’ll make it right.
