Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed and packed within 1 business day (Monday–Sunday).

Orders placed after 12:00 PM are processed the next day.


Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the shipping label is created.


Shipping Address

We ship to the address provided at checkout.
Please review your address carefully before placing an order, as we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.

Jolis Noir is not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Split Shipments

To ensure faster delivery, your order may be shipped in multiple parcels at no additional cost.
If this happens, you will receive separate tracking numbers.


Delivery Issues

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please:

  1. Wait up to 24 hours (carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early)

  2. Check with neighbors or other household members

  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number

We are happy to assist with filing a claim if needed, but we are not liable for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.


Delays

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs inspections, or peak shipping periods are beyond our control.


International Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

If returning an international order, please mark the parcel as “Returned goods” to avoid additional duties.


Returned to Sender / Unclaimed Parcels

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or being unclaimed, we can offer one of the following options:

  • Reship the order (additional shipping fees apply), or

  • Refund the item price, excluding the original shipping cost, once the item is returned in sellable condition.


Pre-orders & Backorders

Items marked as pre-order will ship on or around the date specified in your order confirmation email.
Payment secures your item in advance.


Order Edits & Cancellations

Order changes or cancellations can be requested within 1 hour of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed.
